Enjoy the natural hickory smoked flavor of this free range pheasant. Moist, delicious, and excellent served hot or cold. These pheasants are raised at MacFarlane Farm in Janesville, Wisconsin. Since 1929, MacFarlane Farm has been raising naturally grown, free range pheasants. They do not use growth hormones or animal byproducts.

A common misconception is that pheasant meat is tough and gamey. These Pheasant Breasts are a bit firmer than chicken with a naturally rich poultry flavor.

Smoked pheasant makes an elegant entrée to delight your special guests. Wild mushrooms and wild rice make excellent accompaniments. Serve it with American Black Walnuts and fresh fruit as the highlight of your party buffet table. Take some on a plane flight in a sandwich with fresh-baked semolina bread and a good stone ground mustard or your favorite chutney.

The Hickory Smoked Whole Pheasant comes fully cooked, so you can serve it gently heated or at room temperature.

A Standard order gives you a free range Whole Pheasant weighing from 2 to 2.5 pounds. A Large order includes 2 Whole Pheasants. Hickory Smoked Pheasants get delivered to your door via Ground, 2-Day or Overnight Delivery. (Ground may not be possible at all times.)
