Inspired by the town of the home of port wine, Oporto, Portugal, O Porto Vinegar is crafted from cabernet port wine from California’s Napa Valley after it has been aged for 4 years. O Sherry Vinegar begin with Palomino Grapes aged outdoors on sun-drenched mats. The folks at O Olive Oil age the sherry wine in toasted white oak barrels and use a 60 year old family starter to impart rich, deep caramel and nut flavors.
