White Balsamic Vinegar

With this vinegar the artisans of O Olive Oil have once again borrowed from a great Italian tradition to come up with an American original using California’s own premium ingredients. They’ve come up with a white wine vinegar that has the same subtle, sweet flavor as the more widely available dark balsamic vinegar, with a light and delicate aftertaste and a pure clean color. Unlike the more common dark variety, white balsamic vinegar can be served with lighter colored foods without the darkening effect. It’s a wonderful ingredient in salad dressings, marinades, and sauces meant to be light in color. Try sprinkling it over fish or chicken dishes or roasted vegetables for added flavor.
