Persian Lime oil is a fruity, tangy oil with a long lime flavor finish. In 2007 Persian Lime oil captured a Silver for the second year in a row at the 8th Annual Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition, formerly known as Oils of the World. In Stella Cadente's second year of producing Persian Lime it was awarded a Gold Medal & named "Best of Show" for flavored oil for 2006 at the Yolo County Fair. In 2005 it was honored at the Oils of the World Competition with a Bronze Medal. This oil is perfect paired with any Mexican dishes, spicy Thai dishes, salads, sea bass, scallops or other shellfish and just drizzled in the middle of an avocado!
