Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

Italians have traditionally celebrated the end of the pressing season by crushing lemons together with the last olives of the harvest year. Stella Cadente adopted this tradition and crushed the sweetest Meyer lemons together with late harvest olives in early February. The result is an amazingly fragrant lemon oil with exceptional lemon flavor and a hint of pepper on the finish. Meyer Lemon was awarded a Gold Medal at the Oils of the World Competition in 2006, along with Gold & Silver Medals from 2003 onward. This fragrant oil is perfect with a wide variety of dishes especially fish, peppered chicken, grilled vegetables and salads.
