Made by Stella Cadente from late harvest mission olives and blood oranges pressed together, this oil is a perfect accompaniment to duck dishes, red snapper, choggia beets and as a lift to summer farmers market green salads.

Stella Cadente's Blood Orange Olive Oil won Gold & Silver Medals at the Oils of the World Competition in from 2004 to 2006. The oil has a wonderfully rich orange spicy note with a light peppery finish. With its high acidity rating of 0.15 this oil has an excellent antioxidant value.
