Harpersfield Tilset Cheese is aged naturally and crafted by Brovetto's Dairy Farm using milk from its Holstein/Jersey dairy cows grazed in the northern Catskills of New York State’s Delaware County. The herd has been bred over the past thirty years to provide a proper balance of natural nutrients to make Harpersfield Tilset a truly unique cheese.
